Jeff Samuel, CEO
Jeff Samuel brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to serving our nation to his role as CEO of V1 Construction & Development. As a veteran-owned business, V1 Construction & Development is proud to leverage the exceptional leadership honed by our CEO during his distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Navy, from Navy SEAL to member of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, in which he was decorated with the Navy Cross, four Bronze Stars with Valor, two Purple Hearts, a Joint Commendation with Valor, and three Presidential Citations.
Jeff’s military career is a testament to his extraordinary leadership abilities. His roles and accomplishments demonstrate a level of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and unwavering determination that is second to none. These experiences have equipped him with the exceptional skills necessary to navigate complex challenges and drive organizational success.
